Satisfaction
Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we're
committed to making it right. We will gladly refund, exchange or replace any
products that fail to meet reasonable expectations*:

Within
14 days of purchase on UNOPENED Board Games.

Within
7 days on UNOPENED gaming accessories (sleeves, dice, etc).

Within
7 days on unopened BOXES of Trading Card Games and Miniature Gaming
purchases.
Note:
Due to the nature of the business, we will not accept returns on individual
packs of trading card games.
Note:
All online purchases and cancelled order refunds carry a 50% restocking fee
unless product is defective in which case the product can be exchanged for the
same item (where available).
Incomplete
product returns (those without original box, packing materials, manuals, and
accessories) will not be accepted for returns.
Opened
books and manuals, individual miniatures and TCG cards cannot be refunded. If a
defect can be proven the item can be exchanged for the same item.
Due
to health regulations, opened and unopened consumable items (food and drinks)
that leave the front counter are not returnable.
Pre-purchased
time online / computer / console time, and all clubs (Board Game, Video Game,
etc) are non-refundable.

All products must be returned in original condition including the original
packaging and must be accompanied with the OMG! Games and Collectibles invoice.
Please be sure to obtain and keep your sales receipt and/or invoice.
Special
/ Pre-Orders
Orders
that must be special ordered, ordered online, pre-ordered or sold online must have a
non-refundable 50% deposit left when order is made. Orders
without deposits will not be placed. If, however, the
item cannot be secured, your deposit will be refunded in full.
We
will gladly take returns on any special orders, as long as they are made within
7 days of receiving the product, must be unopened and with the original
receipt. The price minus the 50% deposit will be refunded.
Birthday
Party Deposits
The
fee of $50 made payable to OMG! Games and Collectibles (cash, debit or credit
card only) must accompany the reservation, as well as a choice of game for the
party.
The
cost per person for a party is $11.00. All parties will be
charged a 10-guest minimum. Each party will include a party
host or hostess, a game-specific training session, 2 game-specific miniatures
collectible characters (per party guest), 1 bottled drink of choice (Pop, Juice
or Water), 1 hour of organized gaming, and a special game-specific gift for the
guest of honor. More choices on parties are available.

All
deposits are non-refundable. Parties cancelled without at
least 48 hours notice will be charged full price (including all food costs)
SHIPPING
Shipping
on items ordered in, or sent to customers outside the store is non-refundable.
In cases where insurance is NOT paid on shipping, OMG! Games and
Collectibles, its staff and owners are not responsible to the shipper or
receiver for any damages or non-received goods.
